KYIV, August 5 (Reuters) – Ukraine’s Energoatom condition nuclear electric company stated a higher-current power line at its Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant have been hit by Russian shelling on Friday, however that the guarana plant still labored with no radioactive discharges have been detected.

The guarana plant is within Russian-controlled territory.

The statement came soon after the Russian-installed administration from the occupied Ukrainian town of Enerhodar stated utility lines in the plant have been broken with a Ukrainian strike.
