Three deaths, 333 new COVID-19 cases reported on Cape and Islands – Cape Cod Occasions

The Cape and Islands saw similar figures in last week’s report, which in fact had five deaths and 385 new Covid-19 cases.

The state’s seven-day positivity rate was 7.97%. Barnstable County arrived at 9.87%, and Dukes and Nantucket’s 14-day positivity rate was 8.36%.&nbsp&nbsp

Cape Cod Hospital in Hyannis was treating 16 patients with coronavirus. No patients were within the ICU. Falmouth Hospital reported eight&nbsppatients, without any&nbsppatients within the ICU.&nbspMartha’s Winery Hospital or Nantucket Cottage Hospital didn’t have&nbsppatients with coronavirus.

DPH officials stated Thursday there have been 41&nbspnew deaths statewide among individuals with confirmed installments of COVID-19, growing the entire deaths to 19,939 because the pandemic started.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp

There have been seven&nbspdeaths statewide from probable installments of COVID-19. The amount of deaths from probable cases is 1,285 in Massachusetts.&nbsp&nbsp
